Don't Ignore Your Knee Pain

The knee is a complex weight-bearing joint, making it susceptible to various types of pain. Whether it's a sharp pain from a sports injury or a dull ache from aging, early intervention is the only way to prevent permanent joint damage. At Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, we offer specialized care for all knee conditions.

We are committed to helping you walk pain-free. Visit our About Us page to learn more, or Contact Us for expert advice.

Common Knee Issues

Runner's Knee

Pain around the kneecap due to poor tracking or muscle imbalance.

Early Wear

The "first stage" of arthritis where knee feels stiff in the morning.

Our Treatment Protocol

We specialize in Knee Preservation. This means using technology to keep your natural knee functional as long as possible. Our treatments include:

  • Viscosupplementation: Providing "oil for the joint" to reduce friction.
  • Unloader Bracing: Mechanical devices that shift weight away from the damaged side.
  • Muscle Recovery: Specialized quad and glute strengthening programs.

Motion is Medicine

Rest is rarely the answer for chronic knee pain. We guide you through low-impact movements that lubricate the joint and strengthen the stabilizers without causing further wear.

Knee Health FAQs

Why does my knee click or pop?

Painless clicking (crepitus) is common and usually harmless. However, if the clicking is accompanied by pain, swelling, or "locking" of the joint, it may indicate a meniscus tear or cartilage issue.

Is walking on stairs bad for knees?

Stairs put 3-5 times your body weight through the knee joint. If you have active pain, we teach you specific "offloading" techniques and exercises to strengthen the muscles that protect the joint during climbing.
