Muscular Pain Relief

Treatment for frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and RSI. Expert muscular pain relief at Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, Ahmedabad.

Recover from Overuse Injuries

Muscular pain conditions such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and repetitive strain injury (RSI) are often the result of chronic overuse or improper healing of soft tissues. These conditions can be incredibly frustrating as they limit daily activities like reaching, typing, or lifting a kettle.

At Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, we focus on breaking the cycle of inflammation and restoring the natural elastic properties of your muscles and tendons. We help you move freely again.

Don't let pain limit your life. Visit our About Us page to learn more about our therapies, or Contact Us for an appointment.

Conditions We Treat

  • Frozen Shoulder: Intense stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint.
  • Tennis/Golfer’s Elbow: Pain at the outer or inner elbow due to forearm overload.
  • RSI & Carpal Tunnel: Pain and numbness caused by repetitive motion and nerve compression.
  • Trigger Finger: Snapping or locking of the fingers.

Our Multi-Modal Approach

We don't just treat the pain; we treat the cause. Our approach includes:

  • Shockwave Therapy: Using acoustic waves to stimulate healing in chronic tendon issues.
  • PRP Injections: Concentrated growth factors for stubborn "tennis elbow."
  • Guided Stretching: Specific protocols to "thaw" a frozen shoulder.

Personalized Recovery

Every repetitive injury is unique to the patient's job or sport. We analyze your workstation or athletic form to ensure that once the pain is gone, it doesn't come back.

Muscular Pain FAQs

How is frozen shoulder treated?

Frozen shoulder typically goes through three phases. We use "Hydrodilatation" or steroid injections to calm the pain, followed by intensive specialized stretching to restore the shoulder's range of motion. Most cases resolve without surgery.

What helps chronic tennis elbow?

Chronic cases often benefit from "eccentric" exercises that strengthen the tendon under load. If that fails, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is highly effective at stimulating the body's natural healing of the damaged tendon fibers.
