Movement-Based Recovery

Physiotherapy Guided Recovery

Restoring strength, balance, and function. Surgery repairs the structure, but rehabilitation restores the person.

The Bridge Back to Your Life

Whether you are recovering from a complex joint replacement, healing from a sports injury, or managing chronic back pain, physiotherapy is the most vital step in your journey. We believe that "Motion is Medicine", and our goal is to get you moving safely and confidently.

At Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, our surgeons and physiotherapists work as a single team to design recovery protocols that are medically sound and results-driven. We ensure continuity of care from the operating room to the gym.

Our Specialized Programs

Post-Op Rehab

Strict protocols for ACL repair, Joint Replacement, and Fracture fixation to protect the surgical site while regaining motion.

Injury Recovery

For sprains, strains, and tendinitis. Focuses on biomechanical correction to prevent future recurrence.

Advanced Modalities

We combine hands-on manual therapy with modern technology to accelerate your healing:

  • Electrotherapy (IFT/TENS): To block pain and reduce muscle spasms.
  • Clinical Modalities: To promote deep tissue healing and reduce local swelling.
  • Manual Mobilization: Hands-on techniques to release stiff joints.

Consistency Wins

Rehabilitation is a marathon, not a sprint. We provide detailed "Home Exercise Programs" so you can continue your progress every single day, not just during clinic visits.

Recovery FAQs

Will physiotherapy be painful?

Some discomfort is expected when stretching stiff muscles or joints ("good pain"). However, we never encourage sharp or debilitating pain. Our therapists are trained to listen to your body and adjust the intensity accordingly.

How often do I need to attend?

This depends on your condition. Post-surgical patients may need 2-3 sessions a week initially, while chronic management might only require once-a-week check-ins to monitor your home program progress.
