Injection Therapy

Precision non-surgical solutions delivered directly to the pain source. Minimizing side effects, maximizing relief.

Bridging the Gap to Recovery

When oral medications aren't enough and surgery isn't yet required, injection therapy bridges the gap. By delivering medication directly into the joint space or soft tissue, we achieve powerful, localized relief while avoiding the side effects of systemic drugs.

At Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, we perform all procedures under strict sterile conditions using anatomical markers and imaging guidance for pinpoint accuracy. Our goal is to provide safe and effective pain relief.

Our Specialized Injections

Corticosteroids

Rapidly calms acute inflammation in bursitis and flare-ups.

Gel (Visco)

Hyaluronic acid that mimics natural joint fluid for better gliding.

PRP Therapy

Concentrated growth factors to stimulate healing in early wear.

Why Choose Injections?

Injections are often the "reset button" for recovery. By removing the pain barrier, they allow you to participate effectively in physiotherapy, which is the long-term solution for joint stability.

Precision & Safety

Standard injections can sometimes miss the target. We utilize Precision-Targeted techniques to ensure the medication reaches the exact spot required for maximum efficacy.

Injection FAQs

How many steroid injections can I have?

We typically limit corticosteroid injections to 3-4 per year in a single joint. This prevents any potential weakening of the local tissues while maintaining effective control of inflammation.

Can I drive after an injection?

For most upper and lower limb joint injections (shoulder, elbow, knee), you can drive yourself home. However, if your doctor uses a significant amount of local anesthetic or if it's a right foot/ankle injection, we recommend having a driver.
