Neck Pain Treatment

Relief from chronic stiffness and radiating nerve pain. Expert care for a mobile, pain-free neck.

Understanding Your Neck Pain

The cervical spine (neck) is responsible for supporting the weight of your head while allowing incredible range of motion. Because of this, it is highly susceptible to wear and tear, postural fatigue, and disc injuries. Whether it's "Text Neck" from mobile use or age-related spondylosis, we provide targeted solutions.

At Trinay Orthopedic Hospital, we help you look up with confidence. Visit our About Us page to meet our spine experts, or Contact Us for a neck pain assessment.

Common Cervical Conditions

Cervical Spondylosis

Wear and tear of the spinal discs in your neck, often causing stiffness and "creaky" joints.

Radiculopathy

Pinched nerves causing pain, tingling, or weakness that radiates down into the arms and hands.

Our Treatment Pathway

We aim for Maximum Relief with Minimum Intervention. Our protocols include:

  • Posture Correction: Biomechanical analysis of your work setup and daily habits.
  • Precision Injections: Facet joint or epidural blocks for acute nerve inflammation.
  • Spine-Specific Rehab: Strengthening the deep neck flexors to support the cervical spine naturally.

Red Flags!

If your neck pain is accompanied by loss of grip strength, frequent dropping of objects, or difficulty walking (unsteadiness), seek an immediate specialist consultation to rule out spinal cord compression (Myelopathy).

Neck Pain FAQs

What is "Text Neck"?

Text neck is a repetitive stress injury caused by holding your head in a forward and downward position for long periods (usually while using a phone). This adds up to 27kg of extra strain on the neck muscles and spine.

Are neck pillows helpful?

A good pillow should maintain the "C-curve" of your neck while you sleep. If you wake up with more stiffness than you had when you went to bed, your pillow is likely either too high or too soft.
